When will my order be processed?

We try to dispatch orders within 1-2 days of the day of purchase. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once an order has been dispatched, it takes up 7-14 days for delivery. 
*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

When will I receive my tracking number?

You will receive your tracking number via the email address that was provided at checkout once the order has been dispatched. 

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site include tax, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country e.g. United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark.
